Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Once you checkout, you will receive the gift card via your email address and you can then forward it to whomever you would like.

Here's how to take the best care of your piece(s):
Hand wash, or machine wash using a mesh bag on a delicate cycle. Hang dry. Gently fold or hang to store.
As each item is made upon order, please allow 3-5 business days from the time you order until item is shipped. For expedited processing please email us.
Retail orders over $50 ship free domestically!
We use USPS First Class Mail to ship all item(s). First class mail takes 3-5 business days for delivery. You have the option to use USPS Priority Mail which will take 2-3 business days!! Please select "Priority Mail" shipping method when you check out!
For INTERNATIONAL customers: We generally use USPS, however, for speedier shipping we use DHL or UPS. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping costs. ALL VAT or Customs tax are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please make sure you are aware of your country's policies regarding customs taxes.
We are NOT responsible for any lost items once the package is dropped off at the Post office. If you would like insurance on your package please email email@example.com
If the package was received significantly damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If there was a mistake on our end, we would like to make things right. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can address the issue.
*All of my sales are FINAL due to the hand crafted nature of my items. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied please reach out to me and I will work with you to resolve the matter. An exchange is accepted due ONLY to a defective item or damage. Shipping fees for the original item are not refundable nor negotiable. Return shipping for the new item is the responsibility of the customer.
*All custom orders are FINAL! Refunds/exchanges are not accepted on any custom orders. All conversations will be retained as proof of your acceptance of the item along with your receipt.
*PLEASE verify the sizing in which you will need. Refunds nor exchange requests will be accepted due to an incorrect size. My sizing chart is a GENERAL sizing chart NOT one that applies to every child since we are all different. It is the Buyers responsibility to verify the size of the child's head BEFORE making a decision on a specific size.
*I am the sole desginer, creator and crafter of 90% of the items within my boutique. Each item does require my time and dedication to make sure you receive top quality. With that being said, I do ask for your complete understanding with regards to my return policy. :)
*Not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Including items lost or returned to me due to an incorrect address. Providing the correct mailing address is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. A refund will NOT be offered due to an incorrect address. Typically items shipped to a wrong address will be returned to me. It is up to the Buyer to then provide the correct address and pay for the postage to resend the item(s). Please verify all shipping information is correct BEFORE placing your order especially if item(s) are time sensitive.
Expedited/Rush orders- $10- $20 fee for next day/same week based on product availability.
